By accessing or using ELEFE, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our design subscription service.

1. Description of Service

ELEFE provides unlimited design services under a monthly subscription model. Clients may submit design requests, which are completed either sequentially or simultaneously, depending on their subscription tier (Starter or Pro).

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• All payments are automatically billed on a monthly basis unless the subscription is cancelled or paused.

• No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.

• You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us directly.

3. Deliverables

• Most tasks are delivered within a 2 to 3 business day timeframe.

• Complex requests may take longer, and delivery timelines may vary accordingly.

• Design files will be delivered in standard formats (Figma, PNG, SVG, etc.) as appropriate for the project.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear design briefs and timely feedback.

• Ensure that all submitted content (e.g., logos, copy, brand assets) is your property or that you hold the necessary licenses for its use.

• Use the deliverables in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

• All final approved design files are yours for commercial use.

• We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service if:

• There is evidence of abuse, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these terms.

• There is a failure to pay or unauthorized use of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ELEFE shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Effective Date."
